Valentine’s Day Dance
This past February, DVMS put on a Valentine’s day dance, and everyone had a fun time. With snacks, candy, and beverages, the dance had many successes, but it also sparked conversation among some students about possible upgrades for future dances, such as changing the location to the gym where there is more space and also lowering the cost of admissions. Some other strengths included great music that went along with the theme and students dressing up for the occasion. Following the Halloween dance, the Valentine’s Day dance was a more formal experience than the more laid-back ambiance of the fall dance. All in all, it was a great time, and we once again thank the Student Council and Mrs. Gandolfo for their efforts to make this an enjoyable time for everyone!
