New Year’s resolutions are a tradition that people start for themselves. At the beginning of each year, people start new goals. These goals can help the person stay motivated, happy, and committed to whatever they set their minds to. An example of common resolutions would are:

Sticking to a resolution can be difficult, but there are ways to control the difficulty:
